Starbucks used Cochineal in the Frappuccino. The ingredient is also called Crimson Lake, Carmine, Natural Red 4, E120, or C.I. 75470.

Some of the Ghirardelli Chocolates contain Gelatin. I found White Mint Chocolate containing it (it is written officially on the box).
